Coaching in the Workplace (CITWP)

We are a specialist organisation dedicated to creating inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive. We provide professional workplace coaching, mentoring, apprenticeship support, and Access to Work job coaching, helping individuals build successful and sustainable careers while supporting employers to develop diverse and productive workforces.  We specialise in supporting people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome, CHARGE syndrome, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other neurodivergent or hidden disabilities. Our experienced coaches understand the unique strengths and challenges individuals may face and provide tailored, practical support that enables people to succeed in the workplace.

Access to Work Job Coaching

We deliver specialist job coaching funded through the Department for Work and Pensions' Access to Work programme. Our coaches work alongside employees and employers to:

Support successful transitions into employment.

Improve confidence, communication, and workplace relationships.

Develop effective organisational and time management strategies.

Assist with workplace routines and problem-solving.

Recommend and embed reasonable workplace adjustments.

Support managers in understanding neurodiversity and inclusive working practices.
